TAFE Nestbox Initiative

The Natura Pacific Nestbox Project combines habitat restoration with hands-on skills development to deliver lasting environmental and community outcomes. Designed by our ecologists and installed by experienced field teams, our species-specific nestboxes provide critical habitat for hollow-dependent wildlife. Through our partnership with TAFE Queensland, local carpentry students gain valuable practical experience by helping to build nestboxes used in real conservation projects. Together, we’re creating homes for native wildlife, developing future skills for the next generation, and delivering measurable biodiversity outcomes for communities and organisations alike.
