Natura Pacific has three exciting new workshops for Queensland Kindergarten and NSW Preschool children aged 4–5 years!

Our new Wildlife Trackers, Creature Features and Love Your Ocean workshops expand our Nature-based Education Programs, giving centres even more ways to engage children with the natural world through storytelling, song, play and hands-on investigation.

 

 

🐨Wildlife Trackers

Become a wildlife detective! Children use their senses to investigate real nature clues and discover how observation can help us learn about local wildlife, seasonal changes and our connection to Country. Includes a simple activity worksheet.

 

🔎Creature Features

What makes a bird a bird? Children explore animal characteristics through storytelling and song before taking part in a fun process-of-elimination game to identify hidden creatures.

 

🐢Love Your Ocean

Dive into ocean environments and discover fascinating marine animals and the challenges they face. Through storytelling and an interactive game, children explore simple ways we can help protect our oceans.

 

 

🌿Create a 10-Week Nature Program🌿

Our original seven workshops remain available for children aged 2.5–5 years, while these three new workshops have been developed specifically for 4–5-year-olds.

With 10 topics to choose from, Kindergartens and Preschools can now combine workshops into a 10-week term package, giving children a different nature-based learning experience each week.

All workshops complement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and encourage children to explore, investigate, communicate and develop connections with the natural environment.
