Did you know that Australia has its very own species of native citrus? In fact there are a total of six different Aussie citrus species but the most well known is without a doubt the finger lime. The Australian finger lime (Citrus australasica) is becoming an increasingly popular and sought after ingredient in the culinary world and would be a useful and attractive addition to your garden.
