Well, term two is a wrap and it is time to relax a little for the team of educators from Natura Education. The school term was action-packed, with our staff out and about in classrooms and outdoor spaces all over the place! Here we are interacting with children of all ages and members of the community – doing what we love – sharing our knowledge and raising awareness about the environment and sustainability through our various nature-based education programs.
Hey there! It’s Kate here from Natura Education. I am one the educators from our busy team and I am really excited to be sharing some of what I do with all of you over the next few news stories.
With backgrounds in teaching and environmental sciences, our education team is dynamic and has such a broad range of knowledge, experience and skills in this domain. Already this year we have visited over 60 schools and organisations and taught over 11,800 students. I’d like to take this opportunity to share some of those experiences with you!
For me, the holidays are a great time to reflect and look through the photos I have taken during the term, and what better way to share my experiences than through a photographic journal. So stay tuned over the next couple of weeks and share my journey through term 2 of 2015.
