KRANK Holiday Programs

KRANK is an initiative of Logan City Council offering free and low-cost activities for children and young people aged 5 to 17 who live in Logan. From outdoor adventures to creative workshops and high-energy sports, there’s something for everyone.

Natura Pacific provides programs for families with children aged 5 to 11 years.

Mini Beasts and Life in the Undergrowth (Ages 5–11)

Date: Wednesday 23 September 2026
Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Location: Berrinba Wetlands
Cost: Free for families (Please contact us if you are an educator or support worker with more than two children)

Dig deep down into life in the undergrowth! Join this hands-on experience learning about different mini beasts, their life cycles and food chains. Parents/carers required to stay for the duration of the activity.

Waterbugs and Birds of Berrinba Wetlands (Ages 5–11)

Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Location: Berrinba Wetlands

Dive into the wonderful world of water bugs! Become a scientist by using techniques to understand the story that water bugs tell us. ‍You'll then go for a bird watch walk to discover other creatures that call Berrinba Wetlands home. Parents/carers required to stay for the duration of the activity.
